I believe that the indecision about how to move forward is worse than actually moving forward.

 

As humans, we are so paralyzed with the fear of the unknown that we convince ourselves that our situations aren’t as bad as they are, just so we can ignore the call that is urging us to honor our gut.

 

I work with women to identify the problem. Is it an unhappy marriage or is it an unhappy spouse? Changes have to happen on all levels of the mind, body, and soul to make lasting change.
